Bringing together the team
The workgroup consists of 6-8 participants of the most important stakeholders.
This includes the project team, the end users and, potentially, externals such as ethicists and healthcare professionals.
We build a multidisciplinary team of designers with each a personal expertise in their respective fields.
We map out your unique needs & desired outcome
To determine the best possible outcome, we map out your true needs and what it takes to achieve this.
This can take surprising turns.
The real underlying problem reveals itself and new possibilities emerge.
We define our impact goals & design criteria
When have we reached our goal? What are necessary steps to reach our goal?
We decide what "impact" looks like for our project and what criteria are needed for a successful design.
That forms our framework in which to pour ideas with the team.
We co-create the first prototype
With our framework set, we brainstorm for ideas.
We work in iterations: improving on good ideas and drafting prototypes to test them.
We bundle our collective knowledge and findings into a final concept.
